Usually the meaning of pimples is a small, usually inflammatory swelling or elevation of the skin; papule or pustule. 4.) Eat healthy foods - Things like oily foods, fried foods, greasy foods, sugary foods and basically things of that nature will usually just make the problem worse, you should try to eat healthy foods such as fresh vegetables.
